Notes
1 - The Ponts et Chaussées Private Company allows a Corporation to lay a River tile free of charge as part of its normal tile placement. The Private Company closes when the power is exercised.
2 - The Régie des Postes Private Company allows a Corporation to increase the value of a City by F10 for all its runs. Place one "Mail +F10" token on the Corporation and the other on selected City during the token placement phase (this is in addition to any station token purchased normally by the Corporation). Once placed these tokens may not be moved. The Private Company closes when the power is exercised. The Mail tokens are removed at the beginning of Phase E.
3 - The Chemins de Fer D'Algérie Private Company allows a Corporation to increase its train limit by one. Place the "Train Limit +1" token on the Corporation during the train purchase phase. Once placed this token may not be moved. The Private Company closes when the power is exercised. The "Train Limit +1" token is removed at the begining of Phase E.
4 - The player who buys the Grand Central Belge Private Company receives a single 10% of Etat Belge stock from the Initial Offering when he buys the Private Company. The Private Company closes when the Etat Belge buys its first train.
5 - The player who buys the Compagnie Paris-Rouen Private Company receives the Presidents Certificate of the Chemin de Fer de Paris from the Initial Offering when he buys the Private Company. He must set the Starting Value of the Chemin de Fer de Paris at this time. The Private Company closes when the Chemin de Fer de Paris buys its first train.
6 - The player who buys the Ligne Strasbourg-Bâle Private Company receives the Presidents Certificate of the Alsace from the Initial Offering when he buys the Private Company. He must set the Starting Value of the Alsace at this time. The Private Company closes when the Alsace buys its first train.
